Pusher Centrifuge:
We are one of the prime manufacture of solid liquid separation related products. We are pleased to announce our launch of Pusher Centrifuge. The pusher centrifuge works continuously by filtration. The solid/liquid mixture to be separated is fed continuously through the fixed feed pipe into the rotating feed distributor to be spread evenly on the sieves of the first stage basket. The major part of the liquid passes through the sieves in the feed zone and the solid cake is formed. Besides rotating, the first basket reciprocates axially, driven hydraulically by a piston. In this way, the solids cake, in rising sections, according to the stroke length is pushed across the first stage basket, onto the second stage, finally leaving the centrifuge through a static collection channel and solids discharge casing.
